Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, Sunday closed
Time: You'll get an email as soon as your order is ready (usually same or next day)
How: Choose "In-store pickup" at checkout → bring photo ID or your order confirmation

Tip: If you also shop at Mathias Sports or Mathias Marine, pick up everything in a single stop.

Home delivery

We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or UPS, depending on weight and destination. The carrier is auto-selected to optimize cost and time.

Rates

Orders $49 or more: Free shipping (Canada)
Orders under $49: Rate calculated at checkout based on weight + destination (usually between $9.99 and $19.99)
Oversized items: Surcharge shown at checkout (tires, batteries, exhausts, etc.)
USA and international: By request, contact us

Delivery times

Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 3 business days
Maritimes and Prairies: 2 to 5 business days
BC and the North: 4 to 7 business days

Times start from the shipping date. Most orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day.

Order tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with the carrier's tracking number. You can also check your order status in your customer account.

Handling fees

No handling or credit-card fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price (before applicable Quebec taxes).

Items not available for shipping

Certain hazardous items (compressed gases, some chemicals) are only available by in-store pickup. They are clearly marked on the product page.
