Motorcycle suit made of full-grain cowhide D-skin 2.0 perforated leather, certified to European CE EN17092 class AAA, designed for maximum safety, ergonomics, and performance on the track. It is equipped with level 2 Pro-Armor protectors on the shoulders, level 2 composite protectors on the elbows and knees, and Pro-Shape level 1 protectors on the hips.
It is compatible with the D-Air airbag racing shield system, with an airbag featuring patented microfilament technology that covers clavicles, shoulders, lower ribs and hips, as well as partially restricting neck movement once activated.
There are aluminum plates on the shoulders and elbows to aid sliding in case of a fall those on the shoulders are replaceable. The RSS 4.0 knee sliders (replaceable slider system) allow the slider to be replaced without changing the position of the support, wich is secured to the suit with velcro, while the RSS 4.0 elbow sliders can be installed in two predefined positions.
The lower leg is designed to accommodate in boots, to be worn inside the suit. The suit features the extended elasticated system, designed to promote freedom of movement and accommodate the rider's every movement while riding. Integrated elastic panel on the shoulder blades, kidney area, and knees, with airlastic ribbing.
The cuffs are equipped with self-locking zippers and the soft edges construction system, designed for optimal integration with gloves. The hump, derived directly from MotoGp suits, has a profile designed to integrate seamlessly with the spoiler of the Pista GP R3 AGV racing helmet. With leather featuring perforated areas on both front and back, and a removable and washable breathable lining, the suit offers optimal ventilation for warmer days.
The Demon Race leather suit offers maximum protection and performance for racing use and, thanks to its compatibility with the D-Air racing shield, can be worn with or without an airbag system.
